Our products are considered intimates, as such they are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Customers may return items if they are unopened in their original packaging. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange, a store credit, or a refund. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that arrive at our facility opened will not be refunded.

For international returns (returns are only accepted at our facility in Montreal, Canada), any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once we receive your return, and our returns team has checked your items, a refund will be processed on the original payment method.  

Sheertex products not purchased directly from our website follow the policies of the retailer where they were purchased.
