Our 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee:

Our 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee covers any unintentional damage on all tights that render them unwearable. The 90-day period begins from the date of delivery. 

It's important to note that our tights have self-healing properties, many of the snags you encounter can be fixed! Follow the directions on this page and if that doesn't work - let us know!

• If your tights are damaged or have a defect, simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and if eligible we will replace them for free! We ask that you include a photo of the damage and the entire product when contacting us to speed up the process. 

• The 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee includes a replacement pair of tights - no refunds or returns.

• Please note that we are unable to replace your product if the wrong size or color was ordered. 

• If the item being replaced is out-of-stock or no longer produced, a substitute of equivalent value will be offered or a store credit in the amount paid will be provided.

• The guarantee covers one replacement pair unless the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.

Our 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee remains in effect for items purchased exclusively from sheertex.com. Items purchased at other retailers that are Powered by Sheertex are subject to the retailer's return policies, visit their website for more details. We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our policies.

The 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee applies to all locations that Sheertex ships to and is subject to change.
