Our products are considered intimates, as such they are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Customers may return items if they are unopened in their original packaging. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

For international returns (returns are only accepted at our facility in Montreal, Canada), any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Items that arrive at our facility opened/worn will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return, and our Returns team has checked your items, someone will contact you to process your refund.  

Sheertex products not purchased directly from our website would adhere to the policies of the retailer where they were purchased. 

Our 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee:

Our 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee covers any unintentional damage on all tights that render them unwearable. The 90-day period begins from the date of delivery. 

It's important to note that our tights have self-healing properties, many of the snags you encounter can be fixed! Follow the directions on this page and if that doesn't work - let us know!

• If your tights are damaged or have a defect, simply contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and if eligible we will replace them for free! We ask that you include a photo of the damage and the entire product when contacting us to speed up the process. 

• The 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee includes a replacement pair of tights - no refunds or returns.

• Please note that we are unable to replace your product if the wrong size or color were ordered. 

Please note that any Sheertex products not purchased directly from our website may not be eligible for our 90-Day Rip-Resist Guarantee.

The fine print:
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our policies.

This return policy applies to all locations that Sheertex ships to and is subject to change.
