My order arrived damaged, what should I do?Updated a month ago

Occasionally, rough handling by our shipping carriers can cause packages to get a bit beat up, and sometimes the labels or bags may even be torn. Rest assured, since our products are intimates and we do not allow returns, we can guarantee that you did not receive a previously worn item.
