Our fulfillment team is impressively fast - but if your order has not been fulfilled yet, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team and request to modify or cancel your order. 

Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it or make changes. If this is the case, you may refuse the order upon delivery. 

If you think you've made a mistake on your order, reach out to us as quickly as possible by chat or send us an email - be sure to include your order details and mention that you need to modify or cancel your order and we will try our best to make it happen! ☺
