We fulfill all orders directly from our headquarters in Montreal, Quebec. We generally fulfill orders very quickly - so check your email confirmation after placing an order in case there's an issue! Most orders are shipped a few hours after the order is placed. Shipping times are on average 4-6 business days after the order has left our HQ.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s journey from our home to yours. 🚛
Once your order is fulfilled (check your email inbox), we are no longer able to stop the order from being shipped or make any edits to the order contents or shipping address.
In the event of discrepancies in the above statements, possible contributing factors could be but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, technical issues, customs delays, overwhelming demand, and the like. Additionally, it is possible that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer than expected due to an increase in orders.
Please note pre-orders, product launches, and international shipping will have above-average shipping timelines. These items will not ship in our typical timeframe but we are working hard to get them to you as soon as possible. Keep an eye on your email for shipping and tracking details.
