Our fulfillment team is impressively fast - but if your order has not been fulfilled yet, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team and request to cancel your order.
Once an order is fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it or make changes. If this is the case, you may refuse the order upon delivery.
If you think you've made a mistake on your order, reach out to us as quickly as possible by chat (the green button, bottom right corner of this page) or send us an email - be sure to mention that you need change, edit, or cancel your order and we will try our best to make it happen! ☺
